Welcome Circle

Children sit in a circle and take a few deep breaths. They talk about nature and the beautiful things we can find outside.
 

Nature Exploration

Children explore natural materials like leaves, stones, flowers, sticks, and seeds. They touch, observe, and notice colors, shapes, and textures.
 

Creative Time

Children use the natural materials to create art. They can make animals, people, or magical worlds using their imagination.
 

Mindful Moment

Children slow down and look at their artwork. They take a deep breath and notice how creating makes them feel.
 

Closing Circle

Children share their creations with the group and say one thing they enjoyed. They thank nature for the materials and the time together.
