Listening and Creating
Play slow music, then happy rhythmic music.
Children move their bodies to match the sound:

MOVEMENT
Yoga and Mindful Motion
Movement and yoga help children connect with their bodies. Through gentle stretches, animal poses, and breathing, they learn to feel strong, calm, and focused.

MINDFULNESS
Breathing and Relaxation
In a mindfulness class, a child learns to connect with their breath, body, and feelings. They breathe slowly, move gently, and listen quietly. This helps them feel calm, safe, and balanced inside.

Closing Circle
As the class comes to an end, everyone sings a song together. Their voices join and fill the space with joy and calm. Singing together helps children feel connected, happy, and peaceful.
